North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey today announced the arrest of Mitchell Ketchen Mullen, 49, of 2262 Isaac St., Concord, NC.

North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey announced today the arrest of Jonathan Michael Vlasak, 35, of 4388 Sandy Pine Court, Battleboro. Vlasak, a licensed insurance agent, was charged with 74 total counts, including 25 counts of forgery, 25 counts of identity theft, 22 counts of obtaining property by false pretense and two counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretense. All these charges are felonies.
